RidgePro Roofing & Construction ("RidgePro", "we", "us") is a residential roofing contractor based in Suwanee, Georgia, serving Metro Atlanta. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (ridgeproroofingga.com), our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and the conversations you have with us by phone, text message or WhatsApp.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to inspect your roof and follow up with you. Depending on how you contact us, that may include: your name, phone number and email address; the address of the property you want inspected; details you share about your roof, storm damage or an insurance claim (including a claim number or adjuster contact if you choose to give it); photos you send us; and the date and content of our conversations. If you fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the fields you completed there.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, document damage, assist you with an insurance claim when you ask us to, answer your questions, and follow up on the services you requested. We may also use it to send you occasional updates about our services; you can tell us to stop at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your roof.
3. Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, the information you enter is collected by Meta and delivered to us. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. Once it reaches us, we treat it exactly as described in this policy: we use it to contact you about the inspection you requested and nothing else.
4. Calls, text messages and WhatsApp
By giving us your phone number — on our website, in a lead form, or by messaging us on WhatsApp — you agree that RidgePro may contact you at that number by phone call, SMS text message or WhatsApp about your inspection, estimate or claim. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.
5. When we share information
We share your information only when needed to do the work you asked for: with our own crew and staff; with your insurance company or adjuster, and only when you have asked us to assist with a claim; with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling, messaging or email tools), who may use it only on our behalf; and when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inspection records, photos and estimates for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing obligation that requires keeping it, we will delete it.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies, local storage and the Meta pixel
We do not use cookies to build profiles or to sell anything about you. Two things do happen in your browser. First, the site stores your chosen language so it loads in English or Spanish next time. Second, if you arrived from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we use the Meta pixel to record that you requested an inspection, so we can tell which ads bring real customers. Meta receives that event and its own privacy policy governs what it does with it. You can block it with your browser settings or any ad blocker, and the site works exactly the same.
9. Children
Our services are for homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
